Once pups arrive ,
We give them 24hrs before we contact our waiting list. If more pups arrive than we have accepted holding fees we contact our waiting list for the next litter.
We start with the first Deposit received for the specific litter and move down the list. This is based on when we received the waiting line holding fee. If by chance you decide to "pass/wait". You remain in the current waiting line.
"If you are on our list and have already passed on a puppy from a past litter when it was available you are on this list of course but you would have been added back in line the date you contacted us again telling me you were ready for a puppy".

We are currently busy rearing puppies, and often times neglect looking at the applications. Our priority is our pups and the growth stages and activities as well as meeting the needs of our adults.
We do accept deposits (which are $ 500.00) on unborn litters. We accept 2 holding fees for female and 2 holding fees for males up to one year in advance.
If the litter has a particular holding (sex) fee and the litter does not produce the pups of desired sex. That holding fee will be “moved” to a later litter or a pup of differing sex from current litter (whichever the buyer decides).
Our Holding fees are nonrefundable .
Please be sure that all adult family household members
are ready to bring a new family member into your home. Please have the discussion and counsel with each other PRIOR to initiating the application process. As well as PRIOR to placing a holding fee.
